Hey Friends,

Top of the evening to ya’ll. Don’t worry I didn’t forget my blog today; I’ve just been editing photos I took on Sunday! The beautiful lady in the photographs is a girl I call my friend. I met her over a year ago and love her to bits. Not only is she beautiful on the outside, but she shines from the inside!

I hope you all like the photos I posted today. Not only that but I am trying my “newish” logo out. I’ve been playing around and really like the feel of this. Let me know what you think! I hope you all have a wonderful evening and CHEER LOUD... those Canucks need to hear you!  

Game 6 = Loss

Hey Vancouverites (and other visiters),

What a night! Only one word is satisfactory for this game and that is “SAD”! When Vancouver scored their second goal, there was no celebration at all amongst their players. My heart sunk in my chest and really knew they had given up! I’m crossing my fingers that this Wednesday will prove to everyone that the Canucks deserve to win the cup! I'll be cheering as much as I can before I have a heart attack!

Besides that, my night was wonderful. I had my weekly Monday night dinner with the family and had a fantastic time! My dad’s gone to “Winterpeg” for a few days, so we were one man short. The new job is still going great! Tomorrow will be my “first” real day (doing what I was hired to do). The last week I’ve spent getting to know the people and seeing firsthand how things run!

The picture of the day is one I took on our trip to Italy. We were in Livorno (Pisa) for 9-10 hours and walked to the leaning tower of Pisa. We got to climb to the top and look out on the city; it was stunning and magnificent. On the walk home, I snapped the picture in time of this girl as she was passing us on her scooter. It made me realize how beautiful this culture is and how much I’d love to return one day!

I’m missing that place already!

It's been too long!

Hey Guys!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been a few months since my last post. I guess this proves that New Years Resolutions aren’t always kept. I had a couple people this week asking what happened to my “picture blog.” I felt bad so I decided to get back on here and give it another go around.

So much has happened since the last post. I finished my third year of nursing and have been enjoying the summer. I went on a Mediterranean cruise with my family and enjoyed every minute of it. I saw Amsterdam (Holland), Barcelona (Spain), Toulon (France), Livorno/Pisa (Italy), Rome (Italy), Messina (Italy) and Venice (Italy). I took THOUSANDS of photos. Since returning home, I’ve gotten a second job and am keeping myself busy!

I figured I’d post a couple pictures that I took with a girlfriend of mine yesterday. I even taught her a little bit about “how to shoot in manual” and gave her full reigns to take some of me. She did an awesome job, I might add and took some great pictures!
